This little gem jumped out at me from a dark closet this morning.
Remember this time?? |
This is one of those "flesh colored lizards" that I'm always going on about. He (or she) doesn't look so flesh colored right now up against the white paper. But, rest assured, it is indeed the most horrific shade of "flesh" in real life.
::Shiver::
Grady helped me get him back outside where he (or she) belongs. I know it will only find its way right back in again but the thought of squishing it and then getting it outside was a worse thought. I was all sorts of awesomeness and managed to break the glass during our lizard removal episode. That's all right though. I had zero plans to use this glass again anyway...

Oh ugh! I know that they are harmless, but shiver me timbers. I found a dead one in our coat closet last winter. I screamed and it was dead.
Maybe that little sucker will stay outside!!:-))
Hugs Hillary! I "miss" you:-) been caught up in school and parenting!
Eeeek!
These things are all over the place at my house. Luckily they stay outside most of the time.
I recently had a lizard "adventure," too. By adventure, I mean it was in the house and I was grossed out and freaked out. Yuck-o. Don't care for those creepy crawlers at all!
you're skeered of a little lizard!! What!!!! :)
LOL to funny :) I can not believe this even when I write it but we had a pet lizard for a while and guess who ended up having to feed the thing worms....yep ME! So I guess be thankful your boys did not want to keep him :)
EEEEKKKKK! Anything jumping out at me is not cool! I can just imagine that scene. =)
Oh, Hill . . . it's just a harmless little gecko! ;) Actually, they're pretty awesome little buggers 'cause they eat bugs like moths, roaches, etc. Creation-wise, they're also really, REALLY COOL. http://creation.com/great-gecko-glue
Just wait till one of the boys brings a little garter snake in inside his pocket. ;) LOL
Eeeeeeeew!! I don't do bugs/slugs/reptiles/insects or spiders!! You are braver than me :)
